2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 315/2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is not a member of the family of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a co-villager and the allegation against him is of having participated in the disposal of the body which attracts Section 201 of the Indian Penal Code which is bailable.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event

No.76153 of 2024(2) dt.11-12-2024 2/2 of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Saran at Chpra in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 315/2023 , subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
