Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 61 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections- 39(a) (d) of the Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
