In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 177 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 379, 385/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
An allegation has been made the Junior Engineer along with staffs had gone to discharge his duty but, the petitioners restrained them from doing their duty and scuffled with the departmental staff and threatened of dire consequences and have also taken out the key from the motorcycle of the Informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of this Court that the electric line of 11000 Volt are
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5867 of 2018 (2) dt.02-02-2018 hanging over the hut of the people of the locality and, on that account, the boy of fourteen years age was also killed and was an act of legality of the people to raise grievance of not insulating the wire properly.
Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Laxman Rai and Pramod Rai @ Balo Rai, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 177 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Rishi/- U T
