Petitioners have earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 69787 of 2018, which was rejected vide order dated 19.02.2019 (Annexure-1) with liberty to the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail after six months if no substantial progress is made in the trial. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the trial of the case is going on in a very slow pace as after framing of charge on 14.05.2019, no witness has been examined till date. Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are in custody since 01.06.2018 and 05.07.2018 respectively.

No.67031 of 2019(2) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge, XIII, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Sasaram Muffasil P.S. Case No. 1360 of 2015.
