2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 358/2025, registered for the offences punishable under Section 70(2) of B.N.S. and Sections 4 & 6 of POCSO Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with others is accused of committing gang rape with the victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Learned counsel further submits that he has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 03.07.2025. The petitioner undertakes co-operate

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner on the ground that he along with others are accused of committing gang rape with a 17 years old girl.
6. Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
8. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
