JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-05-2017 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chandramandi P.S. Case No. 12 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 109, 114, 376 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6(b) of the Immoral Traffic Prevention Act.
The allegation against these petitioners is that they were forcing the complainant for establish illicit relationship with others in the house which was objected by the complainant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioner No. 1 is mother-in-law, petitioner No. 2 is the husband and the petitioner No. 3 is maternal father-in-law of the of the complainant and they have falsely been implicated in this case.
Heard learned A.P.P. who opposes the prayer for bail. Having heard both sides and considering the serious
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18709 of 2017 (2) dt.04-05-2017 2/2 nature of allegation, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Let the petitioners surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
