The petitioners have sought modification of the order dated 06.07.2017 inasmuch as, for valid reasons, the petitioners could not surrender before the court below within the time fixed by a Bench of this Court.

Good grounds have been shown by the learned counsel for the petitioners for not surrendering before the court below on time.

For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer is allowed. The order dated 06.07.2017 is modified to the extent that the petitioners will now surrender before the court below within a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6202 of 2018 (2) dt.31-01-2018 period of two weeks from today and they shall be released on bail on their furnishing bonds in the sum of Rs. 5000/- (Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 76 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
