The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Khirimore P.S. Case No. 100 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the informant submits that several cases are pending against the petitioner, but petitioner has mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition that he has no criminal antecedent. Case diary along with criminal antecedent was called for which has been received. Criminal antecedent of the petitioner is available in paragraph-131 of the case diary wherein it is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29365 of 2018 (4) dt.12-07-2018 2/2 mentioned that petitioner has criminal antecedent and two cases are pending against him.

Learned A.P.P. has submitted that process under Sections 82/83 Cr. P.C. has already been issued and executed against the petitioner. The copy of execution report is available in the case diary.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

Petitioner may surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail.
