2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 599 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 303(2) and 317(2) of BNS, 2023.
3. As per prosecution case, the informant parked his motorcycle near Anandi Cinema. Thereafter, when he returned there, he did not find his motorcycle.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 16.07.2024. He has also submitted that on exactly similar

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 599 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
