2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 103(1), 352, 351(3) and 351(2) of the BNS.

3. As per FIR, nine named accused persons including this petitioner killed the husband of the informant.

4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 15.03.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that there is specific allegation against this petitioner that he along with other co-accused persons took away the informant's husband and thereafter committed his murder. Hence, he does not deserve regular bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
