JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-10-2025 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw the pre-arrest bail petition of petitioner No. 2 namely , Pintu Gond @ Pintu Kumar.
2. Permission is accorded.
3 . This bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn with respect to petitioner No. 2.
4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner No. 1 and the State .
5 . Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 1152 ( 2 ), 329 ( 4 ), 109, 303 ( 2 ), 76, 352 and 3 (5) of BNS.
6. As per F.I.R. informant namely, Chinta devi alleged that on 27.07.2025 , petitioner namely , Ramakant Sah
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71482 of 2025(2) dt.13-10-2025 2/2 assaulted on the head of informant by dabiya due to which he sustained injury . Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Case and counter case . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
7. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

Considering the aforesaid facts, nature of injury , clean antecedent of this petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner No. 1 namely , Ramakant Sah as named above , be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - VI Gopalganj in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 436 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 . (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
