JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Paroo P. S. Case No. 12 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 363 and 366 of IPC.

Petitioners happens to be the father and brother of the so called victim lady. There is allegation against one of accused is of kidnapping the victim lady.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that as a matter of fact with the respect to cruelty meted out to the daughter of the petitioner no.1, a complaint case was filed against the informant and in order to save their skin, the present case has been lodged against the petitioners. She was trace-less from her Sasural.

Let the petitioners, above named, surrenders before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, on surrender, they will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, West Muzaffarpur, in connection with Paroo P. S. Case No. 12 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with condition that they have to appear before the I.O. within one week of their release and cooperate in the investigation.
