The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Trial No. 101 of 2022 arising out of Baghaila P.S. Case No. 96 of 2021 registered for an offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 504, 506, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XI, Rohtas at Sasaram.

Earlier the prayer for regular bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13296 of 2024 dated 11.03.2024, so there is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for regular bail of this petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76269 of 2024(2) dt.07-02-2025 2/2 Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of this petitioner is again rejected.
