Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 121 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 504 and 326A of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he has sprinkled acid on the informant, causing injuries to her. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no motive to that and injuries are also simple in nature. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by the order of this court.
