The grievance of the petitioners is non-consideration of their case for grant of promotion.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that more than 800 posts of Headmasters are lying vacant and juniors have been granted promotion but the case of the petitioners have not been considered.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents nos. 7 and 9 to take appropriate decision with regard to the claim of the petitioners.

Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondents no.7 and 9 within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
