====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 05-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 96 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-365, 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the written report, it appears that there is allegation against the petitioner that he caused obstruction in doing the earthing connection in the bank.

It has been submitted that the bank is running in the premises of this petitioner and the petitioner has civil dispute with Raghubar Sharan. The informant who is branch manager of the bank and said Raghubar Sharan are making attempt to capture other parts of the building for which, the petitioner lodged

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20796 of 2017 (2) dt.05-05-2017 2/2 Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2017 under Sections-406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 108, 120B of the Indian Penal Code against the informant and Raghubar Sharan much prior to lodging of this case. In such circumstances, the prayer for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 96 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
