The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 360 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 11.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64756 of 2019(2) dt.13-11-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, West Muzaffarpur, in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 360 of 2019.
