2. The petitioners have prayed for bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 545 of 2025 arising out of Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 347 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code which was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 03.03.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 82752 of 2024 with an observation that the petitioners may renew their prayer for bail after six months if the trial does not conclude.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that till today only one witness has been partly examined. He also

No.70669 of 2025(2) dt.17-10-2025 2/2 submits that from perusal of the FIR, it is clear that the allegation against these petitioners is that they have given a knife blow to the deceased, but the deceased has received only one stab wound on his chest. It has also been submitted that the trial is at its very initial stage. He further submits that a statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are languishing in judicial custody since 23.06.2024.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 11th Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra in connection with S. Tr. No. 545 of 2025 arising out of Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 347 of 2024.
