JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition in order to approach the competent authority for agitating her grievances. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to invoke the departmental remedy available to him. It is further directed that in case the petitioner files an appropriate application/ appeal before the competent authority within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be heard on merits and disposed of within a period of four weeks thereafter without being influenced by the fact that the same has been filed after a delay.
