Petitioner is accused in connection with Koransarai P.S. Case No. 29 of 2016 registered for the offences under Sections 302, 307, 326/34 of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and has been implicated in the present case on confessional statement of coaccused. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 20.10.2016 and 14.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 35061 of 2016, 52394 of 2016 and 52977 of 2016. It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Koransarai P.S. Case No. 29 of 2016.
