1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to SC-19 for the State.

The learned AC to SC-19, at the outset, submits that petitioner has alternative remedy of moving before the Collector against the order impugned in the instant writ application, on which the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with liberty to move before the Collector in accordance with Law for seeking redressal of his grievance as raised in the instant writ application.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

5. If any issue of limitation arises before the authority competent, in that event, the authority shall keep in mind that petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court since 09.11.2023.
