JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 19-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali (Barari P.S. Case No. 211 of 2016 (G.R. No. 1559 of 2016) instituted for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted that the petitioner is not named in the written report.

From the impugned order it appears that the name of this petitioner has come in further statement of the informant and confessional statement of co-accused Chhotu Choudhary @ Adarsh Choudhary.

In such circumstances, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18899 of 2017 (4) dt.19-07-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 211 of 2016 (G.R. No. 1559 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
