The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Arwal P.S. Case no. 241 of 2016, registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that four teachers in the name of Rinku Kumar, father's name Ramkewal Yadav on different address were appointed as Panchayat Teacher out of which three teachers were posted in Arwal district and one in Gaya district. On verification, it was found that all four Panchayat teachers in the name of Rinku Kumari daughter of Ramkewal Yadav had submitted same TET marks sheet bearing same role number.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the petitioner Rinku Kumari, father's name is Dudheshwar Singh,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21625 of 2017 (4) dt.12-09-2017 2/2 Resident of Village- Jamuawan, Police Station- Daud Nagar, DistrictAurangabad and she submitted the TET result card issued on 14.05.2012 and she was appointed as Panchyat teacher in Primary School, Abgila village, but by mistake the petitioner has also been made accused in this case with parentage of Ramkewal Yadav. Further submission is that in all academic certificates, the father's name of the petitioner has been shown as Dudheshwar Singh, which would appear from Annexure-2 series and not Ramkewal Yadav. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 241 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
