This application for regular bail arises out of Sessions Trial No. 109 of 2017, Nasriganj (Rajpur) P.S. Case No. 37 of 2012, disclosing the offence punishable under Section 302 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act. The petitioner's prayer for bail was earlier rejected by this Court by an order dated 05.03.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61825 of 2019.

From the submissions advanced at the Bar, it transpires that all the prosecution's witnesses have been examined and the trial is on the verge of conclusion.
