The petitioner, who is in custody since 27.05.2019, seeks bail in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 120 of 2019 which has been instituted for the offence under Section 382 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant was waylaid by the two motorcycle borne miscreants. One of the accused persons, who was arrested in this case, has named the petitioner. The petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade and is in custody since 27.05.2019. In the other case in which he has been made accused, he is on bail.

Case No. 120 of 2019.
