2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 340/2204.

3. The matter originates from the matrimonial discord.

4. Both the parties are present in Chambers with their respective counsels, hurling allegations and counter allegation against each other.

5. For the purpose of negotiating peace with the feuding couple to save their marriage, earlier the matter was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77445 of 2024(9) dt.15-10-2025 2/2 referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The report of the learned Mediator at Flag-M shows that despite best efforts, the mediation could not yield any fruitful result.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Complaint Case No. 340-C/2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall make payment of Rs. 2,500/-(Rupees two thousand five hundred) per month, as an interim maintenance, to opposite party no.2.
