2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 244 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 8/20(b) (ii) (B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, total 9.62 K.g. of ganja has been recovered from the motorcycle on which the petitioner was sitting.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that 9.62 kg of ganja and stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the possession of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72682 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 petitioner.

6. Considering the huge quantity of recovery from the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present.
