The petitioner seeks bail in Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

One gallon containing 5 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 25.03.2017. The petitioner has remained in jail for more than a month.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd A.D.J., Purnea in connection with Bhawanipur P.S.
