JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-05-2017 Petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph-1 of the bail petition incorporating the correct name of the Court-below.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 143/341/323/224/225/353/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

When the police was about to arrest co-accused Kedar Yadav, a mob obstructed in discharge of the duty by the police and the petitioner was identified amongst the mob. Some other named members of the mob have already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20632 of 2017 (2) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 Cr. Misc. No.46346 of 2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. A.K. Thakur, Sub-Judge-II-cumAdditional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna/Successor Court, in connection with Bhadaur P.S. Case No.19 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
