The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR, on the basis of his confessional statement he has been remanded in this case and further other co-accused also confessed their guilt stating involvement of the petitioner in the crime. Petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2019 and charge-sheet has already been submitted. Other co-accused Rajesh Kumar, Rajesh Sao and Md. Afroz Alam have been allowed bail vide Cr. Misc.
