The present writ application has been filed for the following relief:- "i. For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order/direction to the respondent authorities to accept the joining of the petitioner on the post of Homeopathic Medical Officer as appointed and posted vide notification contained in Memo No.303 dated 14.03.2024 issued under the signature of the Officer On Special Dutycum- Deputy Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar and revised Notification contained in Memo

Patna High Court CWJC No.16490 of 2025(2) dt.13-10-2025 2/2 No.744 dated 19.07.2024 issued under signature of the Special Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar (Annexure- P/4) Patna with all consequential service benefits."

During the course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to an order passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 02.04.2025 in C.W.J.C. No.5065 of 2025 titled as 'Tarannum Fatma v/s State of Bihar & Ors.'

With the consent of parties, this writ application is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 3Special Secretary, Department of Health, Government of Bihar/ concerned authority to immediately, preferably within two weeks, issue appropriate guidelines/instructions regarding the joining of the petitioner and thereafter, the Civil Surgeon-cumChief Medical Officer, Begusarai shall act in accordance with the aforesaid guideline without wasting any further time. 5.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
