The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 243 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 447, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that specific allegation has been levelled against co-accused, namely, Sarvesh Singh. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 28.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.64627 of 2019(2) dt.08-11-2019 2/2 above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case no. 243 of 2019.
