2. The petitioner has remedy of appeal against the impugned order dated 27.08.2019 passed by the District Magistrate, Darbhanga, before the Divisional Commissioner.

3. This writ application is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the Divisional Commissioner against the impugned order. It is indicated that if an appeal is preferred within one month from

Patna High Court CWJC No.21805 of 2019(2) dt.08-01-2020 2/2 today, the same shall be disposed of on merits without raising the issue of limitation in the background of the fact that the petitioner was pursuing her remedy before this Court by filing this present writ application.
