Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 689 of 2014 lodged for the offences punishable under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per FIR is that some land of the petitioner was acquired in the Son Canal and for that compensation was given, but the informant claimed that he has also his share in that land and he has not been given compensation.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier the complainant has made a complaint before the District Land Acquisition Officer but the same has been withdrawn later on as the land belonged to the petitioner.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Complaint Case No. 689 of 2014, subject to the conditions under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
