The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No.165 of 2016 registered under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the allegations made in the first information against the petitioner and others, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
