The petitioner is in custody since 23.08.2019 in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 326 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) and 41 (1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Considering the fact that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather the same has been recovered from the ditch and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd
