This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Due to death of a person in a road accident, the petitioners and others had blocked the traffic and allegation is that they scuffled with the police party and obstructed in discharge of their official duty. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No.
