This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 379, 325 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Specific allegation is against petitioners, Chandan Pandit and Kundan Kumar, to have caused injury to Bhola Jaiswal. The doctor had found simple and single laceration on the occipital region on Bhola Jaiswal and another injury at the index finger.

Submission of the petitioners is that it is difficult to attribute as to which of the petitioners have caused the injury. However, no allegation of repetition of blow and allegation against other petitioners is general and omni

Case No. 10 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, V, Katihar, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
