Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 19.05.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 6621 of 2022 (Annexure - 1).

The trial court report indicates that charge has already been framed and out of 10 chargesheeted witnesses, two witnesses including Doctor have been examined and the case is pending for evidence of rest 8 witnesses. Petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2021.

Considering the period of custody and the fact that charge has already been framed, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70672 of 2022(3) dt.22-02-2023 2/2 on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Munger in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 68 of 2021.
