The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section 304(B), 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioners caused death of the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioner No.1 is in custody since 28.07.2019 and petitioners No.2 and 3 are in custody since 29.07.2019 and have got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71706 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioner No.1 is Nanad, petitioner No.2 is father-in-law and petitioner No.3 is mother-in-law of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the complaint case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad (Karauna) P.S. case No.370 of 2019.
