The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 167 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated accused person has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court 56453 of 2019 vide order dated 09.09.2019.
