1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The learned APP, at the out, submits that petitioner earlier had moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.33868 and 2020 and the same came to be rejected by an order dated 29.07.2021. It is further submitted that this is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek anticipatory bail.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is not in a position to rebut the said submission of the learned A.P.P.

4. Since this is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek anticipatory bail, as such, the Court is not inclined to entertain the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner.
