2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sakatpur P.S. Case No. 70 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the victim. From reading the statement of the victim made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C it appears that the victim has eloped with the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody, this
