JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 14-10-2019 Grievance of the petitioners in the present application is non consideration of their case for grant of promotion as Headmaster.

Learned counsel submits that petitioners have represented the respondents authority for appropriate decision with citing example that juniors have been favoured with such

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for grant of promotion from the date juniors to the petitioners have been granted such promotion with all consequential benefits.

Necessary decision in this regard may be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
