1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "(1) To issue a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the order vide memo No. 623 dated 20/02/23 issued under signature of Deputy Development Commissioner, Nalanda whereby and where under service of the petitioner as Executive assistant (MANREGA) Was terminated without any substantive reasons and any disciplinary proceeding.

(II) Also issue a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent to reinstate the petitioner as Executive

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 20.02.2023, passed by the Deputy Development Commissioner, Nalanda, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed, by the petitioner, before the appellate authority, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
