JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Haspura P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 8-20(b)(II)(A) of N.D.P.S. Act.

As per allegation in the written report, 1 kg 900 gram Ganja has been recovered from a plastic bag found in possession of Ranjeet Singh. The petitioner was alleged to be driving the motorcycle on which said Ranjeet Singh was seated. It has been submitted in paragraph-10 of the bail petition that the aforesaid motorcycle belongs to Ranjeet Singh which fact has also been admitted by Ranjeet Singh. Petitioner is in custody since 9.3.2017.

It is mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21722 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-SPL. Judge, Aurangabad, in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
