The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 113 of 2019 which has been instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 388 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from an open space and the petitioner is being prosecuted only on the basis of suspicion.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has clean antecedents and the accusation against

Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise, Siwan in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 113 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) BT/- U T
