The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No.251 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 328, 420, 379 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation against the petitioner is clouded with doubts and improbable inferences. It is further submitted that the informant has also suspected the hands of one Sakir alias Feku who is alleged to have threatened him three-four days earlier. Considering the aforementioned facts and

No.16599 of 2018 (3) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 circumstances and that the petitioner has got no criminal history, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Sugauli P.S.
