The petitioner seeks bail in Palasi P.S. Case No. 50/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 8(c), 20(b) II(B) of N.D.P.S. Act.

The police got tips that the petitioner was selling Ganja from his shop, on such, the police raided the shop of the petitioner and recovered 400 g.m. of Ganja.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case for recovery of small quantity of Ganja. The petitioner is in jail since 12.03.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than two months for

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge-cum-Spl.
