2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 88 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 313, 511, 420, 384 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The following statement has been made in para-11 of the petition which reads as under:

"The it is relevant to mention here that the informant is the 2nd wedded wife of the petitioner and always ready to keep the informant but she does not want to live with the petitioner on the ground that the 1st wife also residing with the petitioner and due to that

4. Learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Ram Prawesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that their client is ready to abide by the undertaking given in the petition. The petitioner is in jail since 02.09.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has no objection if the petitioner keeps the informant as his wife properly.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the underking of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 88 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner will keep the informant as his wife properly.
